Tweet Bits from #StarWest 2014

Here’s another edition of Tweet Bits.  This edition’s list is for StarWest 2014 – Breaking Software.

StarWest 2014 was held again at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California this year from October 12-17, 2014.

Below you will find the Tweets that caught my attention over the last week at #StarWest.  Buckle up, it’s a long list.

Thank you to all those that took the time to live Tweet for all of us that could not make it to the conference.

As seen on Twitter, the list is coming in reverse order.

#starwest One great way to improve your test organization and motivate staff is to cross train people so they learn new things

I disagree that software isn’t “done” if there are bugs. Why? The biz decides (as customer proxy) what bugs are acceptable. #starwest

“Everything coming up roses” is not a good thing if what you planted was vegetables. #starwest

#starwest the definition of Done MUST include testing!  In #agile there is not such thing as ‘developer done’

Tweet Bits from #TQ2014

The Targeting Quality Conference 2014 presented by KWSQA was held in Waterloo, Ontario on October 9th and 10th.  Targeting Quality includes a series of nine presentations on the first day and full-day Workshops on the second.

Below you will find the list of Tweets that caught my attention from the live Tweeters during the first day of the conference as I watched from Ohio.

The hashtag to watch for the conference was #TQ2014 if you want to look over the full stream for yourself.

THANK YOU to all those testers that took the time to post during the event!

As seen on Twitter, here is the list I pulled coming in reverse order.
