Over the last week, you might have noticed that I have been less active on Twitter. And for the first time since January 2013, I failed to post an edition of Testing Bits.
This might have left some of you wondering, “Where’s the Testing Curator?”
Well, I have been working on a new user story over the last week that has been consuming most all of my time.
As a tester who has a tendon tear
I need to have surgery
Because I be want to walk again pain free.
Over the last few months I have been battling pain in my ankle. After months of conservative treatment, physical therapy, and wearing a walking boot, an MRI showed that I had a torn peroneus brevis tendon. I finally made it in to surgery last week and am now on the road to recovery (which is going to take awhile). A special thanks goes out to my wife, family, and friends for their thoughts, prayers, and help while I get better.
I hope to post last week’s edition of Testing Bits very soon and hope to be back on schedule by Sunday…or so.
While I am getting better, I am always on the lookout for some good reading material. Shoot some blog posts, eBooks, or book ideas my way! @testingcurator #curatorrecovery
Until my next post, #HappyTesting
BTW – Don’t forget, STAREast 2016 Virtual Conference starts today!
