For the last seven years, I have enjoyed answering and reading over the results of the State of Testing Survey produced by PractiTest and Tea Time for Testers.

The 8th annual State of Testing Survey has been live for a number of weeks now.  As we have just entered a new year, often many testers will take time to reflect and think of new goals.  While in this period of reflection, now is a great time to take the survey.

“The State of Testing™  initiative seeks to identify the existing characteristics, practices, and challenges facing the testing community today in hopes to shed light and provoke a fruitful discussion towards improvement.” – PractiTest

By taking the survey and promoting this en devour, you can help testers answer questions like:

  • Most common successful testing practices and methodologies
  • Professional skills to acquire to stay relevant
  • The best sources of knowledge and professional information
  • The challenges and trends to be aware of
    and so much more…

Be sure to take the survey as soon as you can and let’s see if we can get a record number of response!  It only takes 10 minutes and you help the testing community learn more about itself.
