Find what the developer cares about. He’ll fix it even if it’s not his bug. Or he’ll pressure other devs to fix it. @amtaltest #CAST2016

When we work better together/provide value, those devs float to the top of the organization and you do well @amtaltest #CAST2016

You can’t win over everybody. Most devs come around when you try to make them look good but takes time. @amtaltest #CAST2016

Tweet Bits from #CAST2016 – Testing Retreat, Tutorial Sessions & Day 1

Here’s another edition of Tweet Bits. By far, CAST remains one of my favorite conferences to follow on Twitter and they also have an awesome webCAST.

Below are some of the more notable Tweets that I read from the conference in it’s first couple of days while watching #CAST2016 on Twitter.

After a bit of a hiatus, Tweet Bits has returned.  STPCon Spring 2016 was held in San Francisco, California from April 4-7.

The hashtag to watch for the conference was #STPCon if you want to look over the full stream for yourself (which I highly suggest to get a better feel from the conference).

THANK YOU to all those testers that took the time to post during the event!  It really helps members of the testing community that were unable to attend.

As seen on Twitter, here is the list I pulled coming in reverse order.

Surprised (but not surprised) that an emergent theme of #CAST2015 is the upcoming absorption of the testing role by the development role.
