I first met Aditya Garg while I was working on the QA or the Highway 2016 Speaker Series. After messaging back and forth on LinkedIn, he asked me to become a media partner for the Global Testing Retreat (GTR 2016) that he was helping to organize in Pune, India. As I read over the GTR web site, I liked the spirit behind the conference and couldn’t say no. Leading up to the conference, I will be featuring some of the speakers that will be participating at the event.
Rajini Padmanaban was the first respondent to my inquiry for speaker responses for GTR 2016 and today she is kicking off the “GTR 2016 – Speaker Series.”

1. What attracted you to speaking at GTR 2016 this year?
I met Aditya at STC 2015. His passion towards software testing, his drive to arranging an exciting event in Pune were the initial factors that drew me towards this. The overall organization including the Quizathons, leader board have all been coming together very well – I have spoken at several conferences nationally and internationally and GTR to me had the appeal of a focused test conference that is neither too small nor too big and hence the niche. I am looking forward to it.
